Signing limit policy (form)

Click Organization administration > Setup > Signing limits > Signing limit policies. On the Action Pane, on the Policy tab, click the Policy button.
Use this form to define signing limit policies that are associated with specific organizational nodes by organization type, and then create associated signing limit rules for those nodes. You create signing limits to enforce spending and approval limits in your organization either by compensation level or by job.

General |
Enter a name and description for the signing limit policy. |
Policy organizations |
Select the organization type and the organization nodes that the signing limit policy applies to. For example if you have two companies that require signing limit policies, the policy you are creating might apply to only of those companies. |
Policy rules |
View the types of policy rules that are defined for the signing limit policy. When a rule type is selected, the policy rules and related fields are displayed in the policy rules grid. The available types are:

Select organization hierarchy |
Select an organization hierarchy. Organizations with a yellow icon are available for selection. Organizations with a blue icon are already associated to a different signing limit policy. The organization hierarchies that are available for a new signing limit policy are determined by the organizations that are selected in the Policy parameters (form). |

Policy rules |
The individual policy rules for the selected policy rule type. |

Select a filter option to display a subset of policy rules. Options are:
