Taxonomy details (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > Posting > XBRL taxonomy. Select an eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) taxonomy, and then click Details.
Use this form to view the taxonomy elements in alphabetical order, together with the properties and relationships. Taxonomy elements are used to express information that is used in the creation, exchange, and comparison of tasks of business reporting. You can also find taxonomy elements in the structure and view their properties, and set mapping for non-monetary data types, such as dates, shares, and texts.

View information about the relationships among taxonomy elements, so that the taxonomy content is organized correctly. |
Calculation |
View the definitions of basic validation rules, which apply to all instance documents that refer to a particular taxonomy. |

Labels |
View the labels that are available for the taxonomy elements. You can create a label for each language, value, and role. |
References |
View the references to additional information about the taxonomy element. |
Info |
View the properties of the element, such as taxonomy information and the specific value of the element. |

Label |
The label for the selected taxonomy element, if a label exists. |
Label role |
The role of the label. For example, depending on the role, this might be a description. |
Reference |
The authoritative source of the selected taxonomy element. |
Name |
The name of the taxonomy element. |
Type |
The type of the taxonomy element. |
Debit/Credit |
The values of the taxonomy, if the element is of a monetary value. |
Substitution group |
The substitution group to which the taxonomy element belongs. |
Period types |
The instance or duration of the taxonomy element. |
Element ID |
The unique identifier for the taxonomy element. |
Is abstract |
Select this check box if the taxonomy element cannot be reported in instance documents. |
Documentation |
The meaning of the taxonomy element that is used to make mapping easier. This field can be blank. |
Is nillable |
If True is displayed, the taxonomy element can be empty. |
Use the manually specified value |
Select this check box to use the information that is entered in the Value field when you generate financial statement lines. |
Start date |
The starting date for the taxonomy. |
Value |
The amount of the taxonomy element. |
