Trial Balance Report

Shows the chart of accounts with balances and net changes. You can choose to see a trial balance for selected dimensions. You can use the report at the close of an accounting period or fiscal year.

Field Description

Print to Excel

Select if you want to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis or formatting before you print the report. Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen. If you do not want to print the report now, choose the Cancel button to close the window.
