Reason Code Field, Payment Journal Template Table

Here you can enter the reason code linked to this journal template.

You can use anything you want for a reason code. Reason codes are used to show where an entry was created.

The program will automatically insert the reason code on all the journal batches and lines that are created under the journal template. If you want to use a different reason code on a journal line, you can change it on the line.

To see the reason codes in the Reason Code table, click the AssistButton in the field.
