With the installation of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Help Toolkit, you get HTML topic templates that you can use to create new topics. The HTML topic templates are typically installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Help Toolkit\HtmlTemplates. The HTML topic templates apply the appearance and behavior of the generated Help, and the templates can be modified by editing them.
With Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you get four HTML templates. In the HtmlTemplates folder you will find templates for the following topics:

Report
Table
Window
Translating Placeholder Text
Some text in the HTML topic templates is used as a placeholder, such as $title$ and $description$. Placeholders are updated with data when Help is generated. However, some text is not dynamic, and will always be English unless it is translated.
