Service Tasks Window
Contains an overview of your service tasks. This window displays information on service items in service orders, for example, repair status, response time and service shelf number. On the General FastTab, you can set filters, for example, if you only want to view service tasks allocated to a specific resource.
In the lines of the Service Tasks window, the program displays the information about the service tasks that have been selected based on the filters you set.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
