How to: Print Annexure-58 Report for Excise

You can use the Annexure-58 report to view information about sales returns, Central Value Added Tax (CENVAT) claimed when goods are received, and CENVAT reversed when goods are returned.

To print Annexure-58 report for excise

1. In the Search box, enter Annexure-58, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields as described in the following table.

   Field	Description
   E.C.C. No.	Specifies the excise control code.
   Customer No.	Specifies the customer number. Caution If this field is blank, the report is generated for all the customers.
   Item No.	Specifies the item number for which you want to print the report. Caution If this field is blank, the report is generated for all the items.
   Return Rcpt No.	Specifies the return receipt number for the item. Caution If this field is blank, the report is generated for all the return receipts.
   Start Date	Specifies the starting date for the report.
   End Date	Specifies the ending date for the report.

3. Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
