How to: Print RG 23 A and RG 23 C Reports
Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides the following RG 23 reports:
- RG 23 A Part I and RG 23 A Part II reports
Display the total amount of Central Value Added Tax (CENVAT) debited or credited for purchase and sales transactions related to manufactured excisable goods.
- RG 23 C Part I and RG 23 C Part II reports
Display the total amount of CENVAT debited or credited for purchase and sales transactions related to excisable capital goods.
Part I reports display stock details that include the following:
Serial number
Date
Opening balance
Quantity received
Quantity consumed
Quantity sold
Closing balance of stock
Part II reports display credit details that include the following:
Serial number
Date
Opening balance of duty in credit
Fresh credit allowed
Excise duty debited
Credit balance
The following procedure describes how to print the RG 23 A Part I report, but the same steps also apply for RG 23 A Part II, RG 23 C Part I, and RG 23 C Part II reports.
To print the RG 23 Part I report
In the Search box, enter RG 23 A Part I, and then choose the related link.
On the RG 23 A Part I FastTab, select the appropriate filters.
Note
To run this batch job for specific company location and item, you must select Location E.C.C. No. and Item No. filters and enter appropriate values.
Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
