Intrastat - Make Disk Tax Auth Batch Job

Prints to a file all the information that must be sent to the tax authorities. Both receipts and deliveries of goods are included automatically. The file contains information from the lines in the Intrastat Journal window.

This batch job must be used in connection with reporting to Intrastat. All companies in the European Union must report their trade with other EU countries/regions. In your country/region, you must report the movement of goods to the statistics authorities every month, and the report must be delivered to the tax authorities.

The batch job can be chosen from the Intrastat Journal window. Open the Intrastat Journal window and fill it in.

For more information, see How to: Fill In Intrastat Journals.

You can verify that the correct information is included in the file by using the Intrastat - Checklist report, which can also be chosen from the Intrastat Journal window. If you want to print the report, you must print it before you start the batch job.

When the file has been printed, the Reported check box in the Intrastat Jnl. Batches window is selected, and the Internal Ref. No. field on every entry in the journal is filled in.
