Correspondence Type Field, Contact Table

Specifies the type of correspondence that is preferred for this interaction. There are three options:

Option Functionality

E-Mail

Select E-Mail when you want the program to send an attachment by e-mail.

Fax

Select Fax when you want the program to send an attachment by fax.

Hard Copy

Select Hard Copy if you have decided to print an attachment. This option is only valid if the attachment is a Microsoft Word document.
