Alt. Address Code Field, Employee Table

Specifies a code to indicate a valid alternative address for the employee. To see the codes for the employee's alternative addresses in the Alternative Address List window, click the field.

You can also indicate a Starting Date and Ending Date for the alternative address for administrative purposes. Then when you print mailing labels, you can choose to have the program use the alternative address linked to this code instead of the employee's regular address.
