E-Mail Field, Employee Table

Specifies the employee's e-mail address. You can enter a maximum of 80 characters, both numbers and letters.

To the right of the field is a button with a picture of an envelope on it. If your program is integrated with an e-mail system, you can click this button to open a window in which you can create and send a message. If you have entered an address in the E-mail field, the program automatically fills in the address in the To... field.
