Birth Date Field, Employee Table
Specifies the employee's date of birth.
Important
To obtain meaningful statistics for dates before the year 1920, you must enter all four digits in the year; for example, enter 1915 for 1915, not just 15. Otherwise, the program will consider the date to be in the 21st century. In the example given, if you entered just 15, the program would consider the date to be in the year 2015.
