Blank Line Field, Cost Type Table
Specifies the number of blank lines that you want to be inserted before this cost type.
Report Designer uses this field to determine how many blank lines to put between various cost types when printing.
The Blank Line, New Page, and Indentation fields define the layout of the chart of cost types.
