Status Field, Transfer Header Table
Indicates whether the transfer order is open or has been released for the next stage of processing.
If the status is Open, you can make changes to the order.
If the status is Released, the order is ready for the next stage of processing, and you cannot make changes.
If you change the contents of this field from Released to Open to make changes to the order, the program does not inform the next stage of processing that this has occurred.
