Outstanding Qty. (Base) Field, Transfer Line Table

Specifies the quantity that remains to be transferred, expressed in the base units of measure. The quantity is calculated as Quantity - Qty. to Ship for outbound transfer lines and Quantity - Qty. to Receive for inbound transfer lines.
