Comment Field, Job Table

Indicates whether any comments have been entered for this job. For example, comments can be special instructions for the job.

To see a comment or to create a new one, on the Navigate tab, in the Job group, choose Comments. A Comment Sheet window opens in which you can see the existing comments and create new ones.

You can also enter a comment in the Notes FactBox.
