Description Field, Item Ledger Entry Table
Shows a description of the entry.
The field can be filled in from the following fields:
If the entry was posted from an item journal line, the description is copied from the Description field on the journal line.
If the entry was posted from an order, invoice or credit memo, the description is copied from the Description field on the sales, purchase, or assembly order line.
If the description is the same as the item's description, then the field will be empty.
