Response Time Overview

The Response Time (Hours) field is automatically filled in, depending on whether the service item is on a service contract.

Option Description

Service item is included on contract

If the service item is on a service contract, the value in the Response Time (Hours) field is used on the corresponding service contract line if it is non-zero.

Otherwise, the value in the Response Time (Hours) field from the corresponding service contract header is used if it is non-zero.

Service item is not included on contract

If the service item is on a service contract, the value in the Response Time (Hours) field is used on the corresponding service contract line if it is non-zero.

Otherwise, the value in the Response Time (Hours) field from the corresponding service contract header is used if it is non-zero.
