Discontinue Bar Code Field, Item Cross Reference Table
Specifies that you want the program to discontinue a bar code cross reference. The entry on the line must be a bar code type, or you will not be able to select it.
This feature allows you to discontinue a specific bar code. For example, when a vendor changes it.
Note
The bar code can still be used as a secondary identification, for example, if you still have inventory with the old bar code. However, you will not be able to use the old cross-reference number in the program once you have discontinued the bar code.
