Gen. Prod. Posting Group Field, Assembly Line Table

Specifies the general product posting group to which the assembly component on this assembly order line is posted. It is copied from the item card, but you can change it on the assembly order line.

Additional Information

When you post transactions for the item on the assembly order line, this code is used with a posting group code from the General Posting Setup window. The window defines the VAT rate, the VAT calculation type, and the accounts in which postings for sales, discounts, and so on occur.
