Max. No. of Reminders Field, Reminder Terms Table

Specifies the maximum number of reminders that can be created for an invoice. This is independent of the number of levels you have defined.

For example, you can set up three levels and enter 5 in this field. Then the program will allow a given invoice to appear on up to five reminders (the first one on level 1, the second on level 2 and the rest on level three). Once an invoice has appeared on the maximum number of reminders, that invoice will no longer appear on reminders for the customer.

If you want to continue sending reminders for the invoice, you can raise the maximum number of reminders.
