Description Field, Reminder Line Table

Contains a description of the entry. The description depends on the contents of the Type field.

If the Type field is blank, the description field is blank or it contains a reminder text. It can also contain a Standard Text if you have entered the code for the standard text in the No. field. You can also type in a text.

If the Type field contains "Customer Ledger Entry", the program copies the description from the Description field on the customer ledger entry when the No. field is filled in.

If the program has inserted a line with additional fee, this field contains "Additional Fee."
