Specifies the company’s registration number for submitting VAT-VIES tax reports electronically.

VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) reporting is required throughout the European Union (EU) and must follow local requirements, such as specific formats and files. You can upload the VAT-VIES report as an XML file to the website of the tax authorities, but then you must supply a participant number. You can get a participant number from the tax authorities.
