Entry Status Field, BACS Ledger Entry Table
This field shows the exporting (and posting) status of the BACS ledger entry.

Exported |
Indicates that the BACS file line has been exported. |
Voided |
Indicates that the BACS file line has been voided from the journal line. You can reexport it when you are ready. This status is useful if a problem occurs with the software which processes the BACS file and you must reexport the BACS file. |
Posted |
Indicates that the BACS file line has been exported and posted. In this situation, the relevant accounts have been updated. |
Financially Voided |
Indicates that the BACS file line has been voided and all financial transactions resulting from the payment of the BACS file line have also been cancelled. |
You can void an exported or posted BACS file line by marking the relevant BACS ledger entries. On the Navigate tab, in the BACS group, choose Void BACS.
