Reason Code Field, Bill Group Table

Here you enter an audit code associated with the bill group. An audit code can be any code that indicates the source of the bill group.

To select any of the audit codes set up in the Reason Code table, simply click the field.

By default, the program does not enter any audit code for a bill group.
