Amount Field, Bill Group Table

This field shows the total of the sums of the documents included in the bill group. The total amount of all the documents in the bill group makes up this amount.

click the field to see the breakdown of the total shown on the screen. This give syou access to the window with the document or documents that make up this amount.

A calculation field totals the values contained in the field, Remaining Amount in the table, Cartera Doc., according to the documents added to this bill group.

A series of filters apply to this calculation field; they are: Category Filter, Due Date Filter, Global Dimension 1 Filter and Global Dimension 2 Filter.
