Gets the InstanceOwner objects that represent instance owners (hosts) with instance handles to instances.

The owner of the instance.
Remarks
An instance store maintains a list of instance owners along with the instance handles that they own. When a host tries to obtain a read-write handle to an instance for which the host already has a read-write handle, the request is rejected and an InstanceHandleConflictException is thrown.
