Explanation
This Information event indicates that the MSExchangeServiceHost service has determined that the Hub Transport server role is installed successfully.

The MSExchangeServiceHost provides a host for several Exchange services. On internal server roles, this service is dependent upon the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service.
