An Active Directory error occurred when trying to check the suitability of a server

This error indicates that you cannot connect to a domain controller. Several checks are performed to a domain controller before connecting to it. If you are targeting a specific domain controller and the suitability checks fail you may not be able to connect to the domain controller.
User Action
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
If you are trying to connect to a specific domain controller, allow Active Directory driver to select a domain controller.
Check to make sure you are not having any network connectivity issues.
