Getting Started > Accessibility for Blind and Low Vision Users

Microsoft is committed to making products that can be accessed and used by all people. This includes people who have disabilities.

Accessibility features in Outlook Web App

Many accessibility features are built into Outlook Web App. These features are available to everyone and don't require additional assistive technology products. The light version of Outlook Web App is optimized for users who are blind or who have low vision.

Information on the Web   If you have access to the Internet, you can learn more about the accessibility features included in Microsoft products on the Accessibility in Microsoft Products Web site.

System accessibility options   If you own a computer that runs Windows, you can set or change system accessibility options. Many of these options affect the way you work in Office programs. For example, the Windows StickyKeys feature is designed for people who have difficulty holding down two or more keys at one time. When a shortcut requires a key combination, like CTRL+P, StickyKeys lets you press one key at a time instead of pressing them at the same time.
