Mail > Set Message Importance

You can set the message importance to High, Low, or Normal for any message or meeting request you send. By default, messages and meeting requests are set to Normal importance.

How do I set the message importance?

  • To set the importance level to High, click High high importance on the message toolbar.
  • To set the importance level to Low, click Low importance low on the message toolbar.

If you've changed the importance from Normal and want to change it back, click the importance level again.
