Caution: You should write down the voice mail access number that's set up on your mobile phone before you change it to the Outlook Voice Access number.
  2. In the Voice mail screen, select Voice server number > VMbx1 > Options > Edit.
  3. In the Edit number box, type the Outlook Voice Access number that's located in Voice Mail Account Information on the Voice Mail tab in Outlook Web App.
  4. Press Options, and then press Save.
  5. If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.

What else do I need to know?

  • If you don't want to change the number you call to access your voice mail from your mobile provider's number to the Outlook Voice Access number, you're not able to change it, or you want to use a different speed dial key to access your voice mail, you'll need to create a contact and assign a speed dial key to that contact so you can access your voice mail.
