How do I create a contact for voice mail?

  1. If your phone is running Windows Mobile, you'll need to create a new Outlook contact. If your phone isn't running Windows Mobile, you can either create and save the contact on your mobile phone, or create and save the contact to your SIM card. For details about how to save a contact to a SIM card, see the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
  2. From your home screen or from the Settings menu, add a new contact, and then use the keypad to enter the name you want to use for the contact, something like "Outlook voice mail" or "Voice Mail".
  3. In one of the phone number boxes, enter the Outlook Voice Access number that's located in Voice Mail Account Information on the Voice Mail tab, and then press Done.
