You can delete a chat group in Outlook Web App.

How do I delete a chat group?

  • Right-click an existing group and click Delete Group.

What else do I need to know?

  • When you delete a group, the contacts in the group are moved to the Other Contacts group.
  • Groups in your Outlook Web App Contact List are called Categories in the latest version of Windows Live Messenger.
