HolePunchInstalled element
The required HolePunchInstalled element indicates whether a hole punch attachment is installed on the print device.
HolePunchInstalled is defined in the namespace at this URI: https://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2005/05/wdp/print and referenced by the prefix wprt. (This resource may not be available in some languages and countries.)

The WSD Print Service should return 1 (true) if there is a hole punch installed on the printer, otherwise it should return 0 (false).
