USE_MAPSYM

The USE_MAPSYM macro is obsolete and must not be used. This macro was only needed to build a Windows 98/Millennium Edition product. The Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows Vista and later versions no longer supports build environments for Windows 98/Millennium Edition.
