JobOriginatingUserName element
The required JobOriginatingUserName element specifies the name of the user who submitted the print job.
JobOriginatingUserName is defined in the namespace at this URI: https://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2006/08/wdp/print and referenced by the prefix wprt. (This resource may not be available in some languages and countries.)

Remarks
JobOriginatingUserName is provided by the client or by the security infrastructure, if any. A client should supply a value to help a user easily distinguish between the jobs that he/she has submitted versus jobs that others have submitted.
The WSD Print Service can provide a default JobOriginatingUserName element in its DefaultPrintTicket. This name can be set in an implementation-specific manner.
The name of the job is specified in JobName.
