Level element
The required Level element indicates the current level of consumable or media identified in the current ConsumableEntry, InputBinEntry, or OutputBinEntry element.
Level is defined in the namespace at this URI: https://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2005/05/wdp/print and referenced by the prefix wprt. (This resource may not be available in some languages and countries.)

Required. Must be an integer value from -1 through 100.

Remarks
The integer value provides the current level of the specified consumable or media. It is specified as a percentage of remaining consumable or media. If the printer cannot determine the level, the WSD Print Service should return the value -1.
IHVs cannot extend the allowed values for this element.
