Time element
The required Time element specifies the time at which a condition occurred.
Time is defined in the namespace at this URI: https://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2005/05/wdp/print and referenced by the prefix wprt. (This resource may not be available in some languages and countries.)

Remarks
The specified time is according to the internal clock of the printer, which is not required to be a real time clock. The value in this element can simply be an increasing time starting with when the device was turned on. However, this value should be synchronized with the time the printer reports in PrinterCurrentTime.
IHVs cannot extend the allowed values for this element.
