The Item method retrieves the requested value in the FpcMailAntiSpamFileType enumeration from the collection.

Parameters

    Required. One-based index of the value from the FpcMailAntiSpamFileType enumeration in the collection to retrieve.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
