ContainerScanningTimeout Property of the IFPCMailAntivirusSettings Interface

The ContainerScanningTimeout property gets or sets the time, in seconds, that is allowed for scanning a container before the process times out.

Parameters

  • lContainerScanningTimeout
    A 32-bit integer that specifies the time, in seconds, that is allowed for scanning a container before the process times out.

  • plContainerScanningTimeout
    Pointer to a variable that is set on return to a 32-bit integer specifying the time, in seconds, that is allowed for scanning a container before the process times out.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is 120 seconds, and its range of permissible values is from 60 through 86,400 seconds (24 hours).
