FPCNisSignatureSet Object

The FPCNisSignatureSet object represents the Network Inspection System (NIS) signature set that is currently active. The signatures included in the active signature set are specified in the Signatures property of this object.

The FPCNisSignatureSet object is accessed through the ActiveSignatureSet property of the FPCNetworkInspectionSystem object.

Properties

The FPCNisSignatureSet object defines the following properties.

Property	Description
MajorVersion	Gets an the major version of the signature set.
MinorVersion	Gets the minor version of the signature set.
ReleaseDate	Gets a Date value that specifies the date and time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) when the signature set was released.
Signatures	Gets an FPCNisSignatures collection that contains the signatures included in the signature set.

This object implements the IFPCNisSignatureSet interface.

Client	Requires Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
Server	Requires Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition with SP2.
Version	Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
IDL	Declared in Msfpccom.idl.
