DataType Property of the IFPCRdlReportParameter Interface

The DataType property gets or sets a value from the FpcReportParameterDataType enumerated type that specifies the data type of the Report Definition Language (RDL) report parameter.

Parameters

  • DataType
    Value from the FpcReportParameterDataType enumerated type that specifies the data type of the RDL report parameter.

  • pDataType
    Pointer to a variable that on return receives a value from FpcReportParameterDataType enumerated type specifying the data type of the RDL report parameter.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is FpcReportParameterDataString, which indicates that the parameter can hold a string value.
