AddCategory Method of the IFPCEEReportJob2 Interface

The AddCategory method adds an Report Definition Language (RDL) report category to the report job.

Syntax

HRESULT AddCategory(
  [in]  BSTR bstrCategoryName
);

Parameters

  • bstrCategoryName
    Required. BSTR that specifies the name of the RDL report category to add.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Parameters

  • bstrCategoryName
    Required. String that specifies the name of the RDL report category to add.

Return Value

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
