The PerfCounterSettings property gets an FPCPerfCounterSettings object that holds the configuration settings of the Web proxy performance counters.

ppPerfCounterSettings
Address of an interface pointer that on return points to an IFPCPerfCounterSettings interface that represents the configuration settings of the Web proxy performance counters.

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
