Gateway Event Messages
Events generated by the gateway are logged to the Application and Services Logs ->Advisor Gateway. You can use the information in the following table to diagnose what issues generated the events.

The gateway attempted to upload data to the service but was unsuccessful. |
This can happen for a variety of reasons, including an expired registration certificate. To address the issue, reconfigure the gateway by using the configuration wizard. If you receive errors, see the configuration log file for more information. Also check https connectivity to a different secure Web site. Make sure that your firewall permits access through port 443. |
11003 |
Error |
The gateway attempted to obtain updates from the service but was unsuccessful. |

The gateway successfully renewed its certificate to upload data to the service. |

Error |
The upload frequency for the gateway is set to weekly, but the day of the week is not configured. No content will be uploaded until you set the day of the week. |
Change the upload frequency setting for the gateway. See Use Registry Keys to Configure System Center Advisor for more information. |
11011 |
Information |
The log files for the gateway exceeded the maximum allowed value. The gateway has deleted the oldest log files to return the log folder size to within limits. |
