So we thought we'd try something different for the newsletter and focus exclusively on news and content from Tech·Ed. Much of the discussion and news from Tech·Ed North America 2011 has been centered on Microsoft's cloud platform. Since the conference is still going on, we will follow up with another TechNet Flash newsletter next week that focuses on new resources for cloud computing. To kick off the conference, Microsoft Corporate Vice Presidents Robert Wahbe and Jason Zander delivered a keynote that focused on the benefits customers and partners are getting from Microsoft's cloud and development platforms. To help showcase that benefit, Wahbe described how customers HSBC and Travelocity.com LP are using Microsoft's virtualization and public and private cloud solutions.
