Describes a license type which, when granted to a user, will govern which features they have access to

	Name	Description
	Description	A description of the license type
	Features	The features included in this license, by id
	Id	License type unique id
	IsDefault	Whether or not this is the default license type.If true, users will have access to the features and will not necessarily hold this license explicitly (though the use of such features will constitute usage of this license implicitly)
	Name	The name of the license type
