SmartHost

The SmartHost property contains the FQDN of a smart host to use with the virtual server. If you type the FQDN of a smart host, all outgoing e-mail messages will be relayed through the smart host. SmartHost corresponds to "Smart host" in the Advanced Delivery dialog box (for a given virtual server, not in the general SmtpSvc container).
